Colonels get Early Access
As part of our Patreon perks, alongside a sweet “Colonel’s Statue” they can place on their base, Colonels get early access to new content. So if you are a Colonel Patron, you get access to skins as early as today! That’s right! Today! Simply go to your Store, pick the skin you want, then head over to your Barracks, Motor Pool, or Airfield to apply them!

Elite Unit Skins Start Coming in on March 10th
If you can’t be a Patron yet, fret not! You still get the this update. Starting next week, March 10th, 2022, new skins for one elite infantry unit, one elite vehicle, and one elite aircraft will be available for purchase in the Store! More elite units will get their own skins in the following weeks. Which units will get the first batch of skins? Stay tuned to find out!

Before I get into the fun stuff: Why are we starting a Patreon, you might ask?
Once a bustling global Facebook Game company that employed dozens of developers and artists, Battlehouse has since shrunk to a core original team, who all share an undying passion for making the most fun and immersive real time strategy game that we possibly can.
Over the years, as many popular Facebook and browser gamers made shifts to mobile, console, or traditional PC games, our valued community has kept up alive as one of the top Facebook Games on the Facebook Canvas platform, but support and opportunities for growth are beginning to wane as the popularity of alternate platforms increases.
Last year, we developed a desktop client for our flagship Facebook title: “Thunder Run: War of Clans”, that allowed us to rebrand Thunder Run as “Thunder Run: Global Warfare” and cross-publish to the Microsoft Games Store. We have big plans for getting on additional platforms like Steam and further expanding the World of Gundar for years to come, but we can’t do that without your help!
Becoming an official Patron for Thunder Run: Global Warfare will help ensure that our small development team can continue making big necessary updates to the game every week. Just recently we launched a new Missile Silo building (with a full “craftable missiles” system), implemented Air Traffic Control towers (with a new tier of “aircraft” units), and we’re just getting started. There’s so much more we want to do!
Developing games is expensive, and we want to keep expanding Thunder Run and World of Gundar until we can all agree that it’s the best free to play multiplayer real time strategy gaming experience the market has to offer. Help us make it so!

From December 30th – January 6th, 2021, rally your Clan and head to the Thunder Dome for your chance to be the strongest Clan of Season 24!
Be one of the Top Clans with the most Clan PvP Points to win between 3,000-10,000 Gold, divided evenly among the top 10 members of your clan.
Tournament ends on January 6th, 2021 at 1700 GMT, at which point winners will be announced, prizes awarded, and leaderboards will be reset for the new season. It’s important to note that you should stay in the same Clan through the end of the tournament and for at least one hour afterward, until at least 1800 GMT to ensure your Clan’s prizes are scored correctly.
Season 25 Opens: January 6th, 2021
The new season will begin immediately after the end of the tournament.
Please be reminded that PvP points can only be accumulated on “Dome” maps.
