When upgrading the weapons, such as the Howitzer, do I have to change the weapon after each upgrade, or can I upgrade to the max level, then change the weapon???

Does anyone know if the Infantry damage boost works on Elite riflemen?

Too complicated. Kinda like weapons. You have to pay more than once for an upgrade.
