Well how do you explain that in clan chat someone requests reinforcements then a short time later it says that person withdraws their request for reinforcements?

True but you know that people in the same house are considered alts. But how are you going to tell genuine players from alts when BHs only requirement for proving your not an alt is to take a pic of...

If you lot are serious about wanting brand new players to start playing this game then get rid of people's 100+ alts, e.g. juka and Nemo even though they are on your payroll.
