Community Forum Rules
While we are open for all kinds of discussions, we have set some basic rules for these forums. By following them, you will make sure that both you and other members of the community will enjoy hanging out here.
1.) Battlehouse Terms of Service
- The Battlehouse Terms of Service & Privacy Policy govern all our community channels, including in-game chat and the forums. Violation of the Terms of Service can result in suspension of your forum account and other Battlehouse services.
2.) Courtesy & Respect
Please do not:
- Call out the developers, or ask them questions directly (this is a peer-to-peer discussion forum).
- Incite personal attacks on Battlehouse personnel or other players.
- Discriminate based on gender, race, religion, or sexual preference.
- Claim to represent or speak on behalf of Battlehouse if you are not a moderator or Battlehouse employee.
- Only report posts that you are sure violate forum rules or contain questionable content. Do not spam or overuse the report tool as this distracts from the productivity of our mods and employees.
- Any abuse towards our staff and/or moderators may result in immediate ban of your forum account.
3.) Privacy
- Private communications between forum members, moderators, and Battlehouse employees should remain private.
- Do not share copies of private communications, including support tickets, emails, and private messages.
- We do not monitor private messages, but may investigate all allegations of PM abuse.
- Please do not share personally identifiable information about another forum user including Facebook Profile, or any “real life” private information.
4.) Cheating and Exploits
- Discussion of cheats, exploits, or 3rd party programs is not allowed. If you wish to report a potential cheat or exploit, please contact support privately at https://www.battlehouse.com/support
5.) Illegal Content and Copyright
- Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy, and/or other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
6.) Advertising, Scams, and Spam
- Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
- Multiple or repeated posting of the same topic or thread is not allowed.
- Do not “bump” your thread unnecessarily.
- Advertising (like or competitors games), and spamming is not allowed.
- Links to sites that are sexual or violent in nature will be removed.
7.) Singular Identity
- Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
- If you get banned from the forums, you are not allowed to create a new account.
8.) Violations of the above rules
- We reserve the right to ban anyone on the forums who willfully violates any of the above rules. A banned user is still entitled to support from the Support team.
- Any posts not meeting the above guidelines may be removed with or without notice.
9.) Changes to Rules of Conduct
- We reserve the right to modify and amend these rules at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to remain informed of current Community Forum policies.
