    Guide: Changeable Turret Weapons

Upgrade to the latest defensive technology! Available with a Tactical Ops Center Level 4 and higher, changeable Turret Weapons allow you to customize your defensive layout.

    Changes
    - New High Energy Laser weapon
    - Stronger defensive weapons: all defensive weapons now have a maximum Health of 12,000
    - Defensive weapons may now be customized
    - Weapons Lab now unlocks higher level defensive weapons

    Getting started
Change to the new system by clicking on any Heavy MG Tower, Mortar Emplacement, or TOW Emplacement, then select "Upgrade System." The update is free, instant and will maintain or increase your current defensive stats.

    Your new turrets
Each defensive weapon now consists of a Turret Emplacement, and a Turret Weapon. You may customize your Turret Emplacement by clicking on the Turret Emplacement and selecting "Change Weapon." Select the turret weapon that you would like to equip, then select "Use Resources." The number of Turret Weapons available is determined by the level of your Tactical Ops Center.

To increase the health of your Turret Emplacement or to equip a defensive leader item, click on the turret and select "Upgrade Emplacement." The number of Turret Emplacements available is also determined by the level of your Tactical Ops Center.

Obtain stronger Turret Weapons using your Weapons Lab. Click on your Weapons Lab and select "Research," then select the "Weapons" tab. After researching a new weapon level, make sure to switch your Turret Weapons to the newer, stronger weapons. You can also upgrade your Turret Weapon technology by clicking on a turret, then selecting "Upgrade Tech."

    New High Energy Laser
To celebrate this new feature, we are releasing the new High Energy Laser (HEL) weapon. This new defensive weapon can be mounted in two different positions. The standard HEL offers deadly defense against ground units. With high damage and a small splash range, this weapon is ideal for dealing with enemy infantry. In addition, the high energy blast blinds transport units, slowing their speed.

The HEL can also be pointed skywards. The Elevated HEL is the strongest anti-aircraft weapon in Gundar. The wide laser spread causes a large splash range and has enough force to take out the strongest aircraft.

The High Energy Laser requires Tactical Ops Center L5 or higher, and can be unlocked using blueprints in the Store. Click on Store->Event Prizes->Tech Blueprints to get started.

    Hi Z~Force,

Thank you for the kind words, and I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the daily free gifts on the Facebook page. I'm afraid I'm unable to add you on Facebook, but if you have any questions or need any advice, I'm certain other players in the Thunder Run community would be glad to help either here on the forums or in the in-game chat. Best of luck to you, and good hunting.

PS: How are you liking the new turret system?
