Thread: Guerilla Single Player

    Angry Guerilla Single Player

So, Battlehouse now changes the Guerilla campaign and frustration grows further. Why have the base defense levels been removed? That didn't seem like a problem at all. Also, I've done all 24 (frustrating) levels and it was supposed to award 250K hardware if it was completed under 12 hours (which I have), but I didn't get any hardware! There goes another single player campaign I'm never doing anymore. Getting ripped off for all that hard work. Disappointing!

Guerilla should be reverted back to the original 24 levels, reason many players are quitting because of changing bases and making them way too hard.

    Hi DrcMgcnPuzzle,

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry for the frustrations. I'll be sure to pass this feedback along. Balancing event difficulty is a constant challenge for the design team as they seek to keep up with the growing strength of the average player base. Keeping the events the way they are all the time would result in events becoming too easy and boring for stronger players, but it's a tough tight rope to walk as they also don't want to make the events too hard for the average player.

As for the lack of hardware received after completing the speedrun, please check your Private Message box where I've sent you a message asking for your Player ID. If you provide that Player ID to me via PM, I'll be more than happy to help look into this for you.

That sounds as if BH thinks "stronger" players attack only with elite hinds and elite TOS-1As...

Everyone I know is pretty much using only the basic troops. The shiny toys we can buy with ONP are more or less only for looks and bragging rights - they cost too much to train/repair both in time and resources. Mostly time. MHO

You're correct that the base units (especially OH-58s) are getting used by high-level players more than we originally designed for. That's why we have been constantly buffing the stats on elite units, which we'll continue to do over time . We're also looking at some possible defensive buffs to make more clear advantages for elite units.
