    What is the numerical stat of the DPS boost provided by the eFireScout?

    What is the numerical stat of {whatever it does} of the eTOS?

    The Elite Fire Scout provides a flat 15% damage boost to friendly units within its circle of influence. (note: the boost caps at 15% - two overlapping Elite Fire Scouts will not double the boost).

    The Elite Fire Scout weapon, on impact, increases enemy damage taken by 5% to 47% (depending on the level of the Elite Fire Scout) for 2 seconds.

    The Elite TOS-1A weapon has the following effects on impact:

    - Increases enemy damage taken by 8% to 38% (depending on the level of the Elite TOS-1A) for 3 seconds. Applies only to enemy infantry & armor.
    - Reduces enemy weapon range by 15% to 25% (depending on the level of the Elite TOS-1A) for 0.5 seconds. Applies only to enemy infantry & armor.

    Note: All the weapon-hit effects are capped so that multiple overlapping hits will not raise the percentage (but they will extend the duration).

    Does the range on the circle of influence increase with a higher level unit (similar to splash damage) or is it a fixed radius?

    Would be nice to have this information show as a tool tip within the game.
