why i cann't relocate close my clan members location

when i click relocate in the TOC and then relocate i choose move in the same region with 10 of my member clan, but he dont show me any option to choose a member clan he directly show me the random relocate window

Quick question, on what map is your clan mates located? Sometimes on an in-active clan members are on the non-map due to in-activity and players cannot relocate to a non-map currently.

Having said that, I'll check with the Thunder Run Team to ask if there were changes to this feature and check if there is an issue on it.
