cheating becoming more common

It seems the number of people using some kind of cheat is becoming more common. There are speed cheats, who always have the fastest internet- sometimes several MINUTES faster than my high speed internet- far faster than any "lag' could account for. There are people who have something that interferes with your commands- when they get a batt near yours, yours will not halt. There are those who are so 'fast' they can be 4 blocks away, then they appear next to your batt and are attacking in the same instant. Or who finish and attack on someone else, and start an attack on the next person instantly. Everyone else has several buttons to push before they can, but some get to do it instantly, seemlessly, reliably and all the time.
In short, way too many people are raiding using hacks and cheats that make them all but invincible.

I agree that there has been a lot of cheating accusations going around lately, but I can assure you we are looking on all cheating related reports. If ever you do find something please don't hesitate on sending a support ticket about it via in-game or you can also send a DM to me via Clan-HQ. We also encourage players to capture a video on any reports to help us verify the said accusations.

Being able to attack someone after the attack on you isn't a cheat, you just have to watch for the announcement on the left of attack to show, and have quick fingers. Quicker internet is not a cheat, but if you know what you are doing, you can get more oput of your computer, just have to have the right programs to clean it, cach is not your friend, clean it, and defrag, keep everything updated, don't think it is going to do it on it's own. having said that, some of the problem is TR has alot of problems they want us to take videos of, which just slowed us down even more, why should we have to tell you there is problem, don't you play your own game? You want 3 times what other games for gold, and never give discounts! I see some are using cheats for sure, but TR needs to stop changing the rules, and deal with them. I have seen several say they are the oldest players of the game lol. BS If you have played longer than me tell us your Player ID.

I've had issues where an enemy has been 2 squares away from my batt then a split second later my batt is being hit without his batt having appeared to move, also I have had issues with 2 separate enemies seemingly being ably to hit my batt at the exact same time and I've seen it happen to others as well. Thumper is right in regards to your computer slowing you down but clearing cache, defraging only helps a little bit. Not everyone has access to the same speed internet that in itself maybe part of the problem here, some people only have access to 50Mb/s net speed while others have access to net speeds upto 1Gb/s so my suggestion on this is for TR to try and cap speed at some the vast majority of people have.

It really isn't net speed (unless you're still on dial up), but latency. As in, the time it takes to send/receive packets between a player's computer and BH servers.

Yeah meaning bits per second which is what I was getting at. It's like having 2 tyres 1 at 32 PSI and the other at 10 PSI or a video camera e.g. news camera and a computer screen you can clearly see the difference between the refresh rates of both, which is why you often see computer screens having that "grey area" going up or down a computer screen when being filmed, it's all a matter of how different each persons internet speed is.

Obviously some people have faster connections, faster computers, etc. But that should save you a second or so. Not 5 or 10 seconds.... and i have seen people get surrounded when attacking a base, and a few MINUTES later the flames go out... and their batt is getting away 20 BLOCKS away.... and they say it is because of 'fast internet'. Believe someone has faster internet that is a few minutes ahead of your fast internet, I will sell you some bridges cheap. I see people who, whenever your batt is within sight of theirs, you lose some control over the batt. "Halt" for instance does not work. You may not be able to click on that batt. Since it only happens around their batts, that is a hack. Video it? Try doing a batt fight, where key presses have to be done as fast as possible, AND set up a video.... happy repairs! Then it is not unusual to see some one jumping around on the map. Blink they are 2 or 3 blocks over there, blink they are 2 or 3 over on the other side of you, blink, you are under attack. Again is this behavior seen only in a batt fight. They do not do that going spying from base to base. Strange things happen.... and almost everytime it only happens against defenders by a raider, and is never otherwise seen.

Can't cheat without being able to edit files , those are server side . That goes back to Diablo . had to change , every body was invincible . =)
