It's not the only cheat people are using, some are using a cheat called Hotkey which allows them to move their batt before a fight finishes preventing anyone from hitting their batt and some are using a cheat which freezes enemy units in a fight.
Anyway the only cheats/hacks BH care about blocking are the ones that hurt them financially i.e. the ones that allow people to give themselves free gold, res, etc, as for any other cheat/hack BH don't give a crap about them as they hope it will make people spend $$$$$ in game.
