Upgrade/build costs and loot are balanced such that if you attack enemies at the same TOC tier, you should receive a “balanced diet” of looted resources that closely match your costs. If there’s an imbalance it’s probably because you are attacking enemies either below or above the tier of upgrades/units you are using. Are there more players that feel it’s necessary we deviate from this? Weigh in on Discord.

Revert 2-up 2-down attack level restrictions back to 3-up 3-downOctober 24th, 2019Our last round of requests was to tighten this up. We welcome more feedback from the players, but the end factor is going to be the number of players playing before and after the patch and the amount of time they spend playing. We’ll assess after two weeks of the current restrictions being in place. If there’s basically no change, we’re open to keeping or reverting based on the amount of feedback we receive.
Allow players the ability to deploy more battalions at onceOctober 17th, 2019Maybe, but we need more feedback: is the issue that you want more battalions to deploy for more total map coverage, or that you want more total army space for units? (for balance reasons, we’re favoring adding battalion slots but not increasing army size at this time)

Firestrike is almost entirely incompatible with the other two in terms of unit balance and technologies. It’s a neat idea, but really not workable.

Get rid of 5 second battalion attack delayOctober 17th, 2019No, we are not going to do this. The five second delay was implemented in Firestrike with the intention of preventing certain kinds of unbalanced behavior in other games. Firestrike is not Thunder Run and is not meant to be.
Increase battalion travel speed on the regional mapOctober 17th, 2019We are not implementing this for now, but we may consider it in the future. Bring it up next quarter and we’ll discuss it then.
