Days of Valor: New Vault Building

New this week in Days of Valor:

The Vault

Protect resources from your enemies! The Vault prevents attackers from looting a portion of the Fuel, Supply, and Hardware in your Depots.

When fully upgraded to Level 8, the Vault protects 1 million Fuel/Supply and 10,000 Hardware (Hardware protection starts at Level 7 and up).

The Vault is now available to all Days of Valor players. Open your Buildings -> Resources menu to start construction!

Technical Notes:

  • The Vault is indestructible, and does not count towards Base Damage %.
  • The Vault protects Depot resources only – uncollected resources in your Yards can still be looted by attackers.

Days of Valor: Don’t Discard Your ONP!

New this week in Days of Valor:

Post-event ONP Trade-in

For a limited time only: un-spent Ops Needs Points can be traded in for Hardware after the end of this special event.

When the special event store closes this Saturday, any remaining ONP in your Warehouse will automatically convert to “Obsolete ONP” that you can trade in for Hardware, at a ratio of 2 Hardware per ONP.

To perform the trade-in, wait until after the event prizes store closes on Saturday at 1700 GMT, then click the “Obsolete ONP” item in your Warehouse and choose “Trade All In”.

Notes:

  • Hardware storage is limited by your Depot space. Check your Hardware Depots before trading.
  • Obsolete ONP must be traded in for Hardware before the start of the next event; it cannot be carried over between event weeks.

More Hardware Loot & TOC Officer Improvements

New this week in Thunder Run and Days of Valor:

More Hardware Loot

This week’s Ambush! enemy (Single Player only) features larger and more frequent Hardware loot than before.

TOC Officer Cost Reduction

The Hardware cost to upgrade TOC Leaders between Levels 1-20 has been reduced by 33%.

TOC Officer L21+ Trade-Ins

Level 21+ TOC Leaders can now be traded in for a partial return of the Hardware used to upgrade them.

Didn’t get the type of TOC Leader you were hoping for in the L20->L21 upgrade step, when bonus stats are randomized? Trade in the unwanted Leader! Move him into your Warehouse, click his icon, and use the “Trade In” option.

The amount of Hardware you will get for the trade-in appears at the bottom of the information tooltip on the TOC Leader item.

Notes:

  • TOC Leaders can only be traded in at Level 21 and higher. Level 20 and below are not eligible for trade-in.
  • The amount of Hardware returned is limited by your Hardware Depot storage space. Any returned Hardware that does not fit in your Depot storage will be lost – so check your Depots before trading!
