Good news for players of all Battlehouse games, including Thunder Run and Days of Valor:
In an update rolled out this week, we fixed bugs and added features to reduce the chance that players get disconnected from our servers during gameplay. This means you are now much less likely to get the dreaded “boot” from the game.
While we can’t guarantee 100% reliability under all conditions, data since the update shows the chance of disconnection is now about one-third of what it used to be.
Help us improve by reporting network problems
If you are still getting “booted” from the game often, please let us know so that we can investigate the problem.
To make the most helpful report, please use the Contact Support link in-game and include the following details:
- The “Code:” number shown in the disconnection message
- What you were doing in the game when you got booted (in battle? looking at the regional map? just sitting at home base?)
- Your network connection type: Wi-fi, 3G/4G, or Wired
